昨晚失眠到两点，吃了中药，吃了安眠药，都失灵，好吧
只好看书，看完了《风味人间3，大海小鲜》今年的第60本
离100本的距离，还有40本，

没有写的感觉时，就读吧，小和尚推荐的《吉檀迦利》今天开始阅读
果然比《飞鸟集》好看多了。

每一首读的都意犹未尽，虚幻了场景一般，想象力太丰富了
觉得如果有足够的时间，就可以安静的去感觉周遭的环境，
感受自然。
然后用自己的灵性去捕捉，而灵性，在物质的世界里被弱化，
一般人感觉不到灵性的存在，越是追逐物质，灵性就越是微弱，
微弱到察觉不到，有的人，极其稀少的人，在强化精神力量，
探寻意念的过程中，会触动灵性的启动，开启了灵性，
可能本身看到的世界就跟我们的不一样又增加太多的不同，
把看到的描写出来，就会有很惊艳的想象和文字，
越是静的时候，越有灵动的句子冒出。

三天
小2000公里，和家人轮流开，也是疲惫至极
浑身疼，回来又收拾屋子，洗衣服，干不动了，索性躺平
娃儿说我开车有进步了，服务区买了草莓干和椰汁给我，虽然偶尔叛逆，大部分暖心的时候多，谁还没有青春肆意飞扬过

团团在车上不闹也不乱飞，几乎不是站在肩上就是站我手上看窗外的风景，回到老家，成了团宠，小朋友们都喜欢撸它

昨晚沾床就睡着了，感觉真好
